The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, coaching, and employee training.
The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact to provide day-to-day guidance to employees and front-line leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Execute on company and human resource initiatives locally that drive successful change within the global organization.
Identify and deliver solutions to support decisions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation.
Collaborate with team members to implement HR strategies to support the business.
Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of all facility personnel.
Respond timely to employee inquires of benefits, payroll, compensation, policies, and procedures.
Partner with local safety committee to support the adherence to safety programs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance.
Your Credentials:
4
years of Human Resources experience to include talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and compensation High school diploma or equivalent required PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) About Quanex, A Part of Something Bigger Quanex (NYSE:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
