- Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a wellness setting - Conduct patient assessments to determine their healthcare needs and develop appropriate care plans - Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of diseases and maintain a safe environment - Ensure compliance with coding standards and regulations related to healthcare documentation and billing - Assist with sterile processing of medical equipment and supplies - Administer treatments such as gastric lavage, IV infusion, and neonatal ventilator support Skills:
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and healthcare protocols - Proficient in infection control practices and procedures - Familiarity with coding standards and regulations in healthcare settings - Experience in sterile processing techniques for medical equipment and supplies - Ability to administer treatments such as gastric lavage, IV infusion, and neonatal ventilator support Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
