Summary: Supports division managers to maintain staffing levels. Responsible for screening, interviewing and orientating new employees. The Staffing Administrator contributes to the accomplishment of the Human Resources Department practices and objectives and helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs.

Essential Functions/Major Duties:
o Coordinates hiring initiatives to include; screening and documenting resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, completing reference and background checks, scheduling physicals, completing new hire orientation packets and conducting new hire orientations.
o Works closely with divisions and human resources leadership to ensure staffing requirements are met across all divisions.
o Accurately enters new hires in the HRIS and Manager Assist systems.
o Directs current employees and new hires to work sites to fulfill staffing needs.
o Completes and responds to employment verification requests in accordance with company policy.
o Responsible for organization and maintenance of employee files in the HR filing system including potentially confidential material.
o Assists employees by answering questions concerning HR related topics to include: Benefits, Direct Deposits, Personal Information, W-4 changes and forward paperwork or refer employee to correct channel.
o Processes reclassification/transfer forms; forwards paperwork to correct channel.
o Assists with employee termination process requirements, exit interviews, as well as final paycheck requests.
o Red flags any employee related issues through the appropriate channels.
o Cross-trained on HR Coordinator duties.
o Assists in special projects as assigned.
o Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
o Additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
o Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required, 2 year business degree preferred.
o 3-5 years human resources, administrative staffing or recruiting experience required.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
o Accurate data entry.
o Ability to present orientation material in front of 20
new hires.
o Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task in a high-volume, deadline driven environment is detrimental.
o Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent problem solving, time management and decision making skills.
o Previous knowledge of ERP or HRIS system experience preferred.
o Well-developed team skills, confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues.
o Maintain and provide confidentiality.
o Ability to adapt and roll with constant process and workplace changes.
o Knowledge of the companies policies and procedures.
o General knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices.
o Handle situations with poise, understanding and tact.
o Some overtime or off business hours may be required.
o Work will involve being in an office setting and occasional manufacturing and training environments.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
