-This ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of bridge construction projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time and on budget. This position will internally interact with Project Estimators and Management and collaborate with Superintendents and the Finance Department. Externally, they will interact with customers, suppliers and State inspectors.
Description of Work:
oReview all contracts issued to the Company by the owner to ensure accuracy and compliance.
oEnsure project estimates have been converted from Heavy Bid into Viewpoint. Review for correctness.
oTaking into consideration current backlog, scope of work and customer's expectations, work collectively with Project Superintendent to schedule each project.
oDevelop and maintain a Gantt chart for all open projects which illustrates project milestone dates and monthly forecasted revenue.
oSuccessfully manage each project to ensure it is completed per the contract requirements, on-time and within budget.
oSuccessfully staff and manage each crew with the Project Superintendent.
oSuccessfully manage all sub-contractor agreements to ensure contract compliance.
oSuccessfully develop and process all change orders to include ensuring that they are entered correctly into Viewpoint.
oManage daily activities within Heavy Job to include labor, equipment usage and materials and ensure the accurate upload of data to Viewpoint to enable real-time information.
oEnsure daily team meetings with each crew and Project Superintendent to assess progress.
oSchedule weekly management meetings to provide project feedback.
oManage project P & L's. Review to ensure correctness.
oParticipate in monthly POC (% of Completion) review with Finance.
oGenerate project closure report that includes a final P & L along with variance reports.

Qualifications Requirements:
oExcellent communication skills.
oWorking knowledge and experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job Software is required.
oExcellent MS Office skills.
oA 4-Year Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) is required.
oA minimum of 4 full years of experience in bridge construction project management is required.
oProfessional Engineer License.
oExperience in heavy highway construction methods.
oFinancial reporting with Viewpoint, preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
